Terms of Service

Welcome to ZoBoss ("we," "us," "our"), a service provided by Crystal Boswell DBA Zoboss. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZoBoss website and application (the "Service"), located at zoboss.crystalboswell.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Description of Service

ZoBoss connects to your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and/or Apple Calendar (via iCal feed) with your permission, lets you select which calendar events to add to a todo list, and emails you a nightly summary of your outstanding items.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZoBoss. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account with a valid email address and password to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at zoboss@crystalboswell.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees, Payment, and Subscription Terms

ZoBoss is offered as a paid subscription at $25/year, as shown on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, sales tax/VAT collection, and invoicing on our behalf. Your order will appear on your billing statement as billed by Paddle. Paddle's own Buyer Terms and Conditions govern the payment transaction itself.

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews annually at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged using the payment method on file at the time of renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at zoboss@crystalboswell.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email before your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Calendar Connections & Third-Party Services

When you connect a calendar, you authorize ZoBoss to access event data (titles, dates, times) solely to generate your todo list. We do not modify your original calendar events. You may disconnect a calendar at any time in your account settings. Your use of Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Apple Calendar remains subject to those providers' own terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our permission.

7. User Content

Any manual todo items or notes you add remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The ZoBoss name, design, and underlying software are owned by us and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calendar syncing, email delivery, or any feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. ZoBoss is a productivity tool and is not responsible for missed events, appointments, or deadlines.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoBoss, Crystal Boswell DBA Zoboss, and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We'll notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
